Friendly staff. Atmosphere of old Spanish hacienda. Excellent public rooms. Large guest rooms. Very good restaurant- excellent service.
The bar could be better appointed and more "cosy".

The hotel was beautifully designed to feature the gardens and outdoors. The staff was very helpful and food was the best that we had in our two weeks in Spain. Excellent!!

The hotel complex is beautiful and the green space very well maintained. The personnel was very friendly and the food at the bar was good.
The new pool area looked unfinished and there were no shaded areas there. The older, romantic-looking pool with lots of shaded areas was full of water flies and not inviting at all to bathe in. Although the nature trips at the Donana National Park start early in the morning, regular breakfast times at the hotel start at 8am. However, we were given an early breakfast but with lesser choice and it was a bit rushed. The ventilation of the room was poor and we thought the room price exaggerated.
